Market participants of the Biomethan Register Austria
Participants of the Biomethan Register Austria are in particular biomethane plant operators, biomethane power plant (CHP units) operators, auditors, as well as other legal entities and natural persons who apply for the opening of a register account by AGCS.
In addition to the Biomethane T&C, which can be found in the market rules, all applicable legal provisions, in particular those of the Austrian Renewable Power Act (Ökostromgesetz 2012 - ÖSG 2012, BGBl. I 75/2011), shall apply to the legal relationships of the contracting parties.
